The project lasts 2 years, targeting all the national level. It proposes to establish CELLS for young Tunisians based on alternative cultural youth expressions which consists in training, production, promotion and distribution of cultural, artistic creation and products such as events, social groups including: Hip-hop, rap, theater and dance, graffiti, mobile cinema, digital platforms, street poetry, crafts, but also cultural and civic movements or alternative spaces for artists and young people. The creation of cells, not terrorists, but creatives led by young Tunisians, who contribute to making important progress not only in the cultural sector in Tunisia, but also as a useful alternative tactics to prevent violent extremism.
